FAQs
I can’t make one of the dates, what do I do?
If you give us at least one weeks’ notice via email, you can jump onto another ride where there is space. There are dates listed for make-up rides above. Why do I need to do a skills clinic to attend Spring Ride Club?
Ride Club is for those who already have the foundational mtb skills and are ready to get out and ride on green (and possibly blue) trails. There is not the time nor the space to teach all of the foundational skills to get individuals up to speed. The assumed knowledge allows everyone to ride safely and practice the skills they’ve learnt out on a trail, with support and reminders from an experienced coach. We take safety of participants seriously and this forms part of our comprehensive Risk Management Plan.
