Are you keen to progress your riding and understand the basics of jumps and drops? This clinic is for intermediate riders who are keen to understand the anatomy of a jump, as well as body position, speed, different types of jumps and get real time feedback from a qualified Level 2 PMBIA air skills coach.
Pre-requisites: Prepare to Jump Clinic. If you have looked at our P2J clinic content and think you may have already covered all of these skills, please email us at info@dirtmaidens.com.au
What you need:
-a full face helmet (mandatory)
-gloves and body armour recommended
-mtb clothing- please avoid black jerseys during hotter months to avoid overheating
-flats and mtb specific shoes OR cleats and compatible shoes
-a decent mountain bike with front suspension or dual suspension in good working condition that has been serviced recently
-water bottle, snack, spare tube
-ACT ambulance cover
-personal accident insurance highly recommended
This will take place at Stromlo Forest Park, meeting at the Pavilion.
