What happens if I’m injured or unwell and need to miss a large chunk of riding?
With a medical certificate, you can ‘make up’ your missed rides/season.
If you don’t want to renew an annual membership, we can offer you the rides you missed at the end of your annual membership to make up for your missed rides. E.g if you miss the Summer due to injury, and you don’t plan to renew at the end of Autumn, your membership can continue through Winter, and then you are able to book in for Spring if you wish.
If you do want to renew your annual membership, we are unable to pause your membership and resume it later because it won’t align with our Annual renewal (Winter), but you can access rides you miss (up to 6 additional rides or a season’s worth) when you return where spaces are available. Riders have often preferred this so they can ride more regularly when they return to get their fitness back.
